Service Terms of Use
Terms applicable when benefiting from our services: Contract: Detailed offer and contract are prepared before service purchase. Contract terms are binding on both parties. Payment: Service fees are collected according to payment plan specified in the contract. Legal interest may be applied in case of delays. Delivery Periods: Project delivery periods are specified in the contract. Customer-caused delays (not providing content, not giving feedback) may extend delivery period. Revision: Projects are corrected within specified revision right. Extra revisions may be made for additional fee. Copyright and Use: Usage rights of delivered works are specified in the contract. Usage rights of works delivered without full payment do not pass. Confidentiality: Trade secrets and sensitive information shared during project process are kept confidential.
Objection and Complaint Rights

Your complaints will be evaluated within 15 business days at the latest and the result will be notified to you. Gaziantep Consumer Arbitration Committee and Gaziantep Courts are authorized for unresolved disputes. Additionally, your right to apply to Consumer Court, Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee is reserved.
