Transfer of Personal Data

In case of data transfer abroad, provisions of Article 9 of KVKK will be complied with.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by processing purposes and as long as retention periods foreseen in relevant legislation. Financial records are retained for 10 years in accordance with Tax Procedure Law, commercial records for 10 years in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code, employment contract and payroll information for 10 years in accordance with Labor Law. After these periods expire, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Data Subject Rights

As a data subject within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, your rights are as follows: Learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information if processed, learning the processing purpose and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose, knowing third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, requesting correction if incompletely or incorrectly processed, requesting deletion or destruction if reasons requiring processing disappear, requesting notification of correction, deletion and destruction operations to third parties to whom it is transferred, objecting to results arising against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems, requesting compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. To exercise these rights, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] together with documents identifying your identity or make a written application through a notary. Your applications will be evaluated within 30 days at the latest.
