Our Quality Policy - Pursuit of Excellence

As Ajans Mobil, our quality policy is to provide the highest standard of service to our customers, work with a culture of continuous improvement and be an example of excellence in the industry. We structure the knowledge and business processes we have acquired during our 15 years of experience in accordance with international quality standards. We aim to maximize customer satisfaction by activating our quality control mechanisms in every project. Our workflows are designed in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System principles and are continuously improved.

Customer focus is at the center of our quality understanding. Before starting each project, we hold a detailed brief meeting, fully understanding our customer's expectations, goals and constraints. We involve the customer in the process by making regular reports and notifications during the project process. We definitely get customer approval before delivery, make necessary revisions. After project delivery, we collect feedback by applying a customer satisfaction survey and continuously improve our service quality.

Technical excellence and professionalism are requirements of our standards. In our web design projects, we perform W3C standards compliance, mobile compatibility tests, speed optimization and security checks. In our SEO work, we act in accordance with Google's webmaster guidelines and use white hat techniques. In our digital advertising campaigns, we comply with Google Ads and Facebook Ads best practices guides. In social media management, we apply structured systems such as content calendar, post approval process and crisis management protocol.

Team competence and continuous training are important pillars of our quality policy. All our team members are certified in their fields; they regularly participate in certification programs such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot. We share knowledge by organizing monthly internal trainings, learn and apply innovations in the industry. With our performance evaluation system, we identify development areas of team members and create individual development plans.

For website projects, we track technical metrics such as page loading speed, mobile compatibility score, SEO score; for digital advertising campaigns, performance metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rate; for social media, interaction metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach. We share this data transparently in our monthly reports and offer improvement suggestions. Error management and risk reduction are also part of our quality system. We perform risk analysis in every project, identify potential problems in advance. We create backup protocols, data security measures and emergency plans.
